Often the prosecution will seek to use mobile phone technology to prove a persons guilt. We work closely with a variety of experts in the field of mobile phone technology, including cell site anaylsis.
Drugs are categorised into 3 main categories, A, B and C, with A being taken as the most serious:
- Class A – include drugs such as Cocaine, Ecstasy and Heroin
- Class B – include drugs such as Speed and Cannabis
- Class C – include drugs such as Ketamine and steroids
Those convicted of the most serious offences can receive significant custodial sentences and it is therefore important to seek expert legal advice at the outset. We are experts in all linked proceedings for forfeiture and confiscation under the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002. Those convicted of drugs supply cases will always be considered by the prosecution for confiscation and having their assets stripped under what is often (and purposely) referred to as draconian legislation.
