Callum joined Sheppards in 2018 as a Solicitor with Higher Rights qualification and as a duty solicitor for both the Police Station and the Magistrates Court. He has previously worked at a law firms in Buxton and Stoke-on-Trent gaining valuable experience and insight into all aspects of criminal defence work.
In 2015 he obtained his Police Station Accreditation and has since consistently attended clients at the Police Station representing and advising accordingly.
In 2016 Callum completed the Legal Practice Course obtaining a distinction and secured a training contract soon after.
In 2018 Callum qualified as a duty solicitor. The accreditation is certified by the Law Society Criminal Litigation Accreditation Scheme.
Following qualification, Callum has represented clients in the Magistrates Court on a daily basis and has quickly become an established lawyer gaining a reputation for providing excellent client care.
Callum is also a Higher Rights Advocate and represents clients in the Crown Court in relation to some of the more serious allegations.
Callum has represented clients for a range of allegations from minor public order to terrorism.
