Firearms accused acquitted following trial at Stafford Crown Court

Sheppards solicitors successfully defended a client charged with offences under the Firearms Act 1968 and who was also said to be in breach of a Non-Molestation Order.  He was acquitted unanimously by the Jury after only 35 minutes of deliberation following a 3 day trial.
During the course of the trial it had been necessary to successfully argue several legal points.
Stephen Rudge had full conduct of the case and client throughout the proceedings.   Following the verdict the client immediately expressed his gratitude to Mr Rudge:

“Dear Stephen
My most deepest and sincerest of thanks, not only for all the work and support you have done on my behalf, but also for the trust you had in me.  I cannot express my gratitude enough and I shall always be beholden to you.
Thank you so, so much.”
