Stephen Lee Awarded Higher Rights Of Audience

We are pleased to announce Stephen Lee has been awarded the Higher Rights (Criminal Advocacy) qualification.

This will enable Steve to additionally represent clients in the Crown Court, Court of Appeal and Supreme Court.

Steve can now represent clients at all stages of the criminal justice process from the police station upwards. Steve joins a strong a strong team within the Crown Court department.

Mark Nicholls, head of the Crown Court department, commented:

“Congratulations to Steve.  He has worked hard to achieve this qualification.  His qualification further enhances the service we offer to our clients with Steve being able to take his cases through from the very start of a police investigation to the final trial in the Magistrates Court and now the Crown Court.
